Ken Ai do .. The Way of the Harmonious Blade is Sensei Harp's personal development and his life's contribution to those who seek to develop speed, strength and accuracy of technique along with self attainment and inner peace through Martial Arts training.
Inner-development kata.... inner development refers to the development of fine tuning of the body awareness through slow, concentrated movements. It also develops breathing coordination and control. Breath control, which is greatly neglected in most superficial training programs, is the key to physical, mental and emotional balance. Maintaining balancing (and not power or speed) produces true strength and most effective results.
